TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, who is currently on a visa extension and married to a Thai national, plans to leave Thailand and return later as a tourist. The comments clarify that the user can leave without any further action required and will be eligible for a 30-day Visa Exempt Entry upon return, despite the extension expiring.
Nope you're fine, stamp out when you leave on Feb 1, and when you come back after your extension has expired you'll get stamped in on a 30 day visa exempt entry for 30 days..
I guess you stay married as you write you come to collect wife and daughter. If yes, then just leave, apply for new visa or depending on how much time needed for collection use the Visa Exempt Entry.
