Do I need a TM6 form to renew a marriage extension in Chiang Mai, and can I pre-sign the documents?

Coupla questions for Chiang Mai about renewing extension of marriage.

1 do I need a TM 6 form (which I have)

2 can I pre sign all the documents, or do I have to do that in front of the IO

So can I presign all the paperwork, I will get the wife to sign her ones,, just saves a lot of time

You can not pre sign all the documents, the copies of ID card and house papers from wife should be signed by her, the copies of marriage certificate and kor ror 2 by both.

The form you get from your local amphuer that your marriage is still active and registered.

Pre-signing…..in BLUE ink……is ok so make copies first

If you have the TM6 form you received on arrival...take it with you. Though it's not now being issuing to new arrivals...have it with you when you submit your visa extension application.

Suggest that you sign the extension documents before you go to Thai Immigration as you will need to get a copy made to submit with your application.
