Do I need to do a TM30 if I'm only staying in hotels in Thailand?
Hi. Do I have to do a TM30. If just using hotels to stay ? Tia

I always take one with me, so just ask the guesthouse for a tm30 and they give it to me. People can say you can do without, but it’s just a simple thing that can make things just more easy/simple as you see staff probably ever day anyways 🤷🏽♀️

Yes. Hotel should do it. Most of them dont or dont give you anyrhing. And ask between 200 and 800thb usually if you want the paper.

Hotel should do automatically. If not its a 1600baht fine they get. Pretty sure. Never hurts to ask though

Anonymous participant ye man. Its all done online when you check into hotel. If you want to be double safe just request the hotel does it and let then know youll be going to immigration - im told sometimes they get lazy and forget.

he said he was going to immigration with his passport for whatever reason... i wasnt saying he needed to go there to do the tm30 i was saying he didnt need anything to prove he had a tm30 if it is done online by his hotel.

Yes your last hotel booking TM30 just let them know you have to do a 90 day report and you need the TM30
