TLDR : Answer Summary
In Bangkok, if you hold a TR-60 visa with a 30-day regular extension and a 60-day COVID extension, you do not need to file a 90-day report for your first extension. However, it is recommended to verify the reporting requirements when seeking a second COVID extension.

No. The report says you might to report 90days when you file the SECOND covid extension.

Better to check when you go next time (if you got a chance)
