Do I need to do 90-day reporting if my departure falls on the 90th day of my DTV visa?

I have a DTV visa and my husband and kids have the dependent DTV visa. We happen to have flights that are exactly ON the 90th day in Thailand. Do we still have to do 90-day reporting?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your flight departs Thailand on the 90th day of your stay under a DTV visa, you are not required to do a 90-day reporting. The day of arrival counts as Day #1, so as long as you leave on the 90th day, you are compliant with visa regulations.

The first day of arrival counts as Day #1... Check your Day count.

If the 90th Day is the day you depart Thailand, no need to do a 90 day report.

I would think you’ll be fine as long as it’s the 90th day and not 91,remember the day you enter even if it 11:59 it counts as day one
