Do I need to be married for my partner to qualify as 'spouse' for the DTV Workcation visa?
I’m planning to submit for a DTV Workcation for my family. I’m not married and have 3 kids with my partner. Do I need to be married for my partner to qualify as ‘spouse’ and be eligible to accompany me on my visa?
