I’m planning to submit for a DTV Workcation for my family. I’m not married and have 3 kids with my partner. Do I need to be married for my partner to qualify as ‘spouse’ and be eligible to accompany me on my visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To qualify for a DTV Workcation visa in Thailand, your partner must be legally married to you in order to be considered a 'spouse' and eligible to accompany you on the visa. Without a marriage certificate, your partner does not meet the requirement.
