Good morning all,

I have one question it would be possible to change tourism medical visa to non o visa for my parents because I have  non b visa , work permit and company.

That's going to come down to how much time they have on their current stamps, what immigration office you're using an who pushed paper (did your visa/extension) and how accurate those documents are.

Your best bet is to all GO to the immigration office together, you with your visa/extension work permit and your parents with their "tourist visa for medical" visas/entry stamps and see what the immigration office that issued your extension says.

There is a clause that immediate family can get Non-O visas/extension based on someone legally working here on a Non-B visa/extension w/work permit.
