I plan to submit my application in Ho Chi Minh, and I’ve heard the process typically takes up to seven days. However, if the German documentation requires verification first, it could take significantly longer, especially since offices in Germany are closed until January 7th due to the holidays.

ich frage mich was ich dann noch einreichen sollte, hab die Anmeldung zum Freiberufler diese Jahr gemacht, hab daher noch keine Steuern gemacht. Ich hab aber schon einen Portfolio vorbereitet und hab noch unterschriebene Kooperationsverträge mit Kunden die ich einreichen könnte sowei zahlungsnachweise. Hast du die Steuernummerbescheinigung selbst übersetzt oder übersetzen lassen?

, bewirbst Du Dich in Deutschland? Dann musst Du es nicht übersetzen lassen. Ich kann nur für Berlin sprechen, da hat Steuernummer, Portfolio, Bestätigung der Selbstständigkeit und Verträge mit Kunden nicht gereicht und sie haben mich noch eine Steuererklärung nachliefern lassen...

Nein ich werde das Visum Ho Chi Minh beantragen da ich in Veitnam lebe und auch dort gemeldet bin. Hier sollen wohl die Bestimmungen auch etwas lockerer sein.

I just need to know if they send it to other departments to check everything over, doesn’t make sense to go there to apply if I know I’m going to have to wait until the German departments open in the 7th of January for them to give me a response. Then I could wait a few more weeks.
