Answer summary
The user has received a support letter from the Indian embassy to request a 30-day visa extension in Thailand and is inquiring whether an online appointment is necessary to submit their extension application. Comments mention that they entered Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa and are planning to submit their request at Jomtien Pattaya immigration office, which has recently opened additional counters to handle the increased number of applications.
