TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus from the comments indicates that there is no need to update your entry details on the Test and Go program if your return flight has been rescheduled. The Thai Pass is primarily concerned with entry rather than exit, and travelers have noted that return flights were not even a consideration when they entered Thailand.

Thai Pass. A bit of paper to show at the airport, going in. It does nothing to protect from a virus. You can leave anytime your want. At that moment, you are considered to be diseased and then have to do another Thaipass to re-enter. Fascinating. What is the purpose whilst Thailand is lousy with koronavirus already?
It is a legitimate question asked around the world. Even in Japan medical experts are debating why hospitals are filled with asymptomatic patients to the point that actually ill people are turned away (who have other diseases, babies died even). At the same time they admit the virus “cannot be contained by isolation” because it is in fact, endemic. Time to cancel medical theatrics and move on.
