Really....you think that way? What are the citizens of Canada called?

Canadians (French: Canadiens) are people identified with the country of Canada. There are 3 countries in North America.....Canada, Mexico, and the United States of America. I identify as an American.....I've always heard of Mexicans and Canadians and never heard a Mexican or Canadian referred to as an American. You know, like 'American Citizen' or 'Canadian Citizen'. I live in America - the United States of America.
