TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 30-day visa exemption and has already extended it once. According to the comments, it is not possible to extend the visa exemption a second time; instead, one must leave the country and re-enter to obtain another visa exemption.

No, you can only apply for 1 Extension of Stay, if you try again your application will be denied and you get 7 days to leave the country.
