Hi all. This might be a strange question but what is the minimum age of solo application for DTV? Is it 16,18 or even 21? Please let me know because there is no really confident answer on the internet. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The minimum age for a solo application for a DTV visa in Thailand is generally 20 years, which aligns with the age of majority where one is considered a legal adult. However, there is no explicit age requirement stated for the DTV visa applications. Minors under 20 can have parents apply for them, but those applying independently are typically required to be at least 20 years old.

Depends on the consulate but you must be a legal adult to apply and also in Thailand too where the age is 20.

The age of majority (when you are legally considered an adult) in Thailand is 20. That being said, there’s no explicit age requirements for the DTV but it’s less likely that a 16 year old has the requisite 500k THB.
