Hello everyone,

My husband and I are applying for an e visa to Thailand and we faced the following problems:

1- I created an account, I received a verification link via email but it doesn’t work

2- my husband created an account, did the verification but still can’t complete the application ( the service has a problem or not available)

3- since we’re traveling as a couple, is there a way for both of us to apply through the same account or each one has to apply individually )

Thank you
Answer summary
An individual can use one account to apply for multiple Thailand eVisas, even for different individuals. Each visa application must be submitted separately, but they can all be managed under the single registered account. Users have reported issues with the application process such as verification email problems and system downtime for maintenance.

Separate applications, but indeed one account can be used to submit multiple applications.

A single registration account can in fact be used for multiple persons applications.

The system is down for 24 hours for upgrading / maintenance as of today July 4th in Thailand. There is a notice on the website as soon as you connect.

I have been wondering the same about this too. Eventually i'll need to apply for TReV for myself, & my parents who will come along. They are old, and have no knowledge with Internet. I have already registered an account and verified it (have not done much of checkin' out around the page).

With the same account registered and verified under my name, can i apply for MULTIPLE Tourist eVisa(s) for myself and my parents? Ofc the submission of each individual application will be done separately.

Technically there will be 3 application for TReVisas, one for myself, two for my parents, all be submitted under my registered account, apply at different times.

Maybe someone can confirm if this possible?

Visas are individual. What embassy are you applying through?

Lynnette Munoz Visas are individual, sure.

But you can apply for two individuals with the same account.

Your account details are not connected to the personal details you fill in when applying for the visa.

Marianne Holmen it sounded like she asked about applying for 2 visas, one each, but using one application form. I didn't think you could do that.
