Why was my DTV workation visa approved as a single-entry without a specified reason?

I applied for a DTV workation through my own company in Delhi, India, 3 weeks ago. Today, I received an email from the embassy saying that my visa has been approved. However, the details show a single-entry visa valid from February to May, without specifying the reason. Has anyone else faced this issue, and what did you do about it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received approval for a visa they applied for, but it was issued as a single-entry visa valid from February to May, without clear indication of its classification. Other commenters mentioned similar experiences, including receiving different visa types like METV, and suggested that visa classifications can be amended for various reasons.

Yes they will amend the visa class for various reasons, you were approved for a visa just not a DTV

What type of visa does it say it is? Have you received anything via the e-visa system?

Anonymous participant - that is really strange. Wait until you receive something via the evisa system. That will be the formal visa

Someone posted similar recently except they got a METV (Multi Entry Visa) instead of the DTV. Search for the thread as it was quite recent.
