Can my soon-to-be wife apply for a DTV visa as my dependent next year after my application?
I am about to apply for a DTV visa in March, and I’m getting married by the end of this year. I know dependents also qualify for DTV visas, but the question is: can my soon-to-be wife also apply for her DTV visa as my dependent next year, or must she be my dependent at the time of my own DTV visa application?Thanks a lot!

I'd say it doesn't matter. For instance imagine a child born after you got your visa and not allowed to be declared a dependent.
