Sorry to ask again but my son attends an international primary school here, full time. One website says I can apply for a visa for him...The other says I can't!

I know this was posted some time back but is there a requirement the school is licenced or 'on a list'?

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The possibility of applying for a Non Immigrant ED Visa for your son depends on whether the international primary school he attends is recognized and licensed by the Ministry of Education in Thailand. If the school is properly licensed, they should be able to provide the necessary documentation for the visa application. It is recommended to contact the school administration directly for detailed guidance on the application process.

Just contact the school administration, they will tell you how to apply for an ED visa.

To be a school in Thailand they have to be licensed. I'd worry if they aren't.

If the school is recognized by the Ministry of Education than the school can provide the documents needed to apply for the Non Immigrant ED Visa.
