TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether it's possible to convert a Non-B (Board of Investment) visa for their child into an ED (Education) visa at Thai immigration given the current situation. A comment suggests that typically, a child would either have a dependent visa or an ED visa, and recommends checking directly with immigration authorities.

I'm surprised the BOI would offer a Non-B visa for a child; a child generally gets a dependent visa, or an ED visa. I would ask immigration.

Where are you at? I'm assuming Bangkok, right?
