Hi all,

I am 34 weeks pregnant and have just moved to Phuket, my husband is due to join me in 6 weeks (probably unlikely) most flights are cancelled and Emirates have stopped flying here but there are some flights available still with cheaper airlines, (stop over in India) - will he be able to get into the country coming from Dubai? (Brazilian passport) Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is 34 weeks pregnant in Phuket and is inquiring if her husband, holding a Brazilian passport, can enter Thailand from Dubai with canceled flights and current travel restrictions due to the pandemic. According to a commenter, he should be able to enter Thailand as a Brazilian citizen, receiving a 90-day entry based on a bilateral agreement, though it's advised to check specifics with the airline and stay updated with any changes in travel policies.

I totally appreciate your planning 6 weeks ahead, but in this current global environment it's like 6 years ahead. Emirites just cancelled all international flights starting Wednesday, this is a major airline backed by big money, who knows what other airlines will follow suit in the days and weeks ahead.

I don't see any reason why a person with a Brazil passport can't enter Thailand, as long as he meets the requirements found on the infographic below.

On entry he will get 90 days entry based on a bilateral agreement, per

Ask your airline for specific details. He needs to come here as soon as possible though.
