Hi all, we came into Thailand in January, extended visa once til March, then just stayed over deadline on visa amnesty, kids on Hong Kong passport and parent on US passport. Now our kids are accepted to an international school in Phuket. Does anyone know if we can get the kids onto an educational visa without leaving the country? Because if leave now, can't get back in

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the possibility of obtaining educational visas for their children who are enrolled in an international school in Phuket, while currently overstaying their visa under the amnesty program. Responses highlighted that a Non-O Guardian Visa might be available with a deposit in a Thai bank, but suggested consulting local immigration authorities and the international school for specific requirements. One commenter noted that converting from their current visa might not be feasible due to their status under the amnesty.

Sure, the contacts, well known as those who can not be mentioned and for some extra cash, just name the stamp and we will fix one into your passport. if it is legal, your guess and your choice, Good luck.
Wendy VanBramer ... is the school mentioned ? Maybe they can at least give their take on it . Strange thing to tell them “ don’t ask the school “ . Nothing to lose surely .
An application for conversion of a Visa Exempt Entry or Tourist visa has the requirement to have at least 15 or 21 days (depending on office) of valid stay left on your current stay.
As you are using this so called amnesty, I do not believe you all can convert to new visa's inside the country at Immigration.
