Just had the best run through Suvarnabhumi airport.

Arrived from Vietnam around 1:15 pm and steeled myself for a long wait. I was not surprised to see an enormous queue 😞. However, while I was dithering about which of the 2 lines to join - I always end up in the slow one - one of the staff asked me how old I am. 64. Ok - I can let you go to the priority queue. OMG - only about 10 people in front of me. Through in 5 minutes!

Other point to note is that I entered for the first time on my Muay Thai DTV. No questions, 6 months stamp.

Luggage arrived in a couple of minutes and my esim started working all by itself!

I need to buy a lotto ticket - my lucky day.
Answer summary
The user shared a positive experience arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport from Vietnam, anticipating a long wait due to an expected queue. However, they were directed to the priority queue based on their age (64 years) and passed through customs in about 5 minutes. This was their first entry into Thailand with a Muay Thai DTV visa, receiving a 6-month stamp without any questions. Their luggage arrived quickly and their eSIM worked seamlessly. The user humorously noted their luck on this day.
