TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on applying for a Muay Thai DTV visa from Northern Ireland after a previous denial when applying in Hanoi. There are discussions in the comments regarding the use of a visa agent, indicating that many who applied through agents were denied. It is suggested that applying independently may lead to a better chance of approval.

You were denied the DTV visa in Hanoi...

Did you use the services of a Thai Visa AGENT or such services to prepare your application which they submitted using the Evisa online application system ?

We are seeing many recent posts of the DTV visa DENIED in Hanoi...

Trying to figure out why...???

thank you for your helpful reply. From others reporting being denied the DTV visa in Hanoi which had used an AGENT... Leads me to believe that yours was denied as well due to the use of the AGENT. WHILE others who had submitted the application themselves with their own personal email account were approved for the DTV visa in Hanoi for Muay Thai training.
