Hello,

In the case of Non Immigrant-O Multiple Entry based on Thai Child in Penang (400k or equivalent in the account)

Is everything ok for :

For Example,

1 January 2020------First entry Thailand by land (Padang Besar border, Malaysia)

1 April 2020--------2nd entry Thailand by land (Ban Phu Nam Ron border, Myanamar)

1 July 2020---------3th entry Thailand by land (Ban Phu Nam Ron Border, Myanamar)

1 October 2020......4th entry Thailand by land (Aranya Prathet Border, Cambodia)

31 December 2020.....5th entry Thailand by land (aranya Prathet Border, Cambodia)

31 March 2021.......extension Immigration 60 days based on Thai Child

31 May 2021..........Go back to Penang to apply an other Non Immigrant O Multiple Entry based on Thai Child..

Is it possible to used land border any tinmes or just only 2 times for a year ?

I never used for Multiple Entry only single entry from Savanakhet...

Thanks very much in advance and sorry for my poor english !

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the usage of land borders for entering Thailand under a Non Immigrant-O Multiple Entry visa based on their Thai child. They detail a series of land crossings and ask if using these borders multiple times within a year is permissible. Responses suggest that the entry history is not a concern and that one can re-enter every 90 days to extend their stay.

okay, get the visa, get stamped in for 90 days, then every 90 day exit/re-enter the country to get another 90 days and do that for the validity of the visa.

They won't care about your previous entry history and this is 2019 NOT 2020 :O

If you come from a country that can use that consulate for visas you're fine.

For a ME Non-O Visa based on marriage (and I believe it applies for supporting a child), your entry stamp is only valid for 90 days. You are free to leave Thailand as many times as you desire, as many times as desired through any border you desire (pending approval from the other country, of course).

You do have to leave Thailand within the 90 days.

1 day before the visa expires, you can cross out of Thailand for another 90 day stamp (that'll give you 15 months).

Before your stamp expires, you can extend it by another 2 months (60 days), giving you a total of 17 months on one visa.
