I have a question, does Thailand accept a foreign insurance card for example; I have Humana and they cover me anywhere in the world if I was to contract covid-19. With zero out-of-pocket cost to myself. 100% covered. So just wondering if this would be accepted or you still have to buy Thailand's insurance? I'll be leaving Thailand soon but will be back later just like to know this up front.

We have our insurance as long as it says the amount of or over what is required and that it covers Covid it has to say specifically it covers Covid

As long as they can provide you a cover letter with your name, coverage amounts, and dates of coverage, it will work.

The problem many people run into is that their insurance won't provide a coverage amount or coverage dates if it's linked to a job or government or some such.

What do you mean by an insurance card.it must state on your insurance cover that you have to have 20 000 dollars for covid..been said many times here...
