Check out AXA travel insurance as well. Might be cheaper. Covers you for your trip out of Thailand plus up to 14 days when you get back, if you catch the virus. The Emerald plan is the only plan that provides over $100,000 for medical expenses

i don’t think u need in writing they just want u to be covered for usd100k incase if hospitalised but u may need a certificate before boarding plane stating u are medical ok for corona

I seen anyone coming in had to have papers of a test for the virus before you leave your country, or will be shipped back. Be careful.

Flying in from Oman with UK passport, but been in Oman for 6 weeks. Oman not on restricted list yet so hopefully just go thru with multi entry Non O visa extension and no requirement for medical cert and insurance
