Hi there, could you just remind me please, is it OK for me to go to Chiang Mai immigration any time in the last 30 days of a 60-day stamp to buy an extension (final extension of a 6-month METV), or do I have to wait until there are fewer than 15 days remaining?

Also, if I can bother you, could you re- post that greenish pdf with instructions on what to take to immigration to get a renewal please?

You can, as the Chiang Mai office accepts extension applications when you have 45 days or less remaining with your stamp.

I don't know what documents you mean by "greenish pdf". Attached is the "general" information on tourism extension, and it's not a PDF file. CM might require differently.

thanks but yes, it ended in late January, and I got a 60-day stamp on re-entering the day before it ended.

has the 6 months validity of the METV already ended?

If not , you can do border bounce and get New 60 Day STAMP.
