I just had the DTV approved and I see lots of people here talking about printing it, can't I just use the pdf on my phone? Anyone has issues with this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether to use a PDF version of the DTV (Digital Visa) on a phone or to print it out. Many participants advise printing the DTV for reliable access during immigration checks, as some have faced requests for printouts from immigration officers. Others report having successfully used a PDF on their phones but suggest being prepared with a physical copy, especially since losing phone access can create problems.
Print A-6 size laminate stick in passport and done. Then you always have it period.
All the oh I only use my.phone ones don't think to much of the fact if they lose their phone etc. Or a place like AIS wants a copy for you to open a phone a count etc.
Better to be prepared and CYOA than be a chump and stuck.

I use phone PDF. Three times now. No problem. I hate carrying bits of paper everywhere.

Yes, I have seen posts here from people who were asked to show a printout. Please take five minutes of your time to do this, and if necessary, laminate it as many others have done.

What are you going to do if you can't access it on your phone, or the immigration officer asks to see the print out? Just print it out like it tells you to do and put it inside your passport
