Hey!

I’m on ED visa at the moment and I want to ask a question..

Can I fly to a neighbor country(Hong Kong) for a couple of days and come back to Thailand? Or once i leave Thailand I cannot return because of the current virus situation?

Right now, people on ED visas are NOT on the list of people who can apply to get back IN to the country. So you're gonna be out of the country for a good long while before you maybe manage to get back in.
