Hi! If I get an ED visa to study in Bangkok is it possible to travel to other places in Thai or I have to be all the time in BKK?

Ask your school if you can study online. If they say yes, then you can. If they say no, then you can't. It's as simple as that.

Remember, if you're studying Thai, you will need to pass a Thai language test in front of an immigration officer to get the extension of stay.
