Hello I would like to ask about the way of changing student visa to work visa without leaving Thailand.

I arrived Thailand in March 2021, with visa exemption. Then I enrolled a Thai program and successfully changed my visa to student visa, which will expire on 30 March this year. If I get an offer from a company, with all the required documents, will I able to change my visa to work visa? It’s because I’ve heard that it is not possible to change visa from student visa within the country.

Or do I have to cancel my student visa so that I can apply for covid extension and start the process of changing visa? Thanks in advance!

You can't go on to covid extension. You're on a non-immigrant visa so covid extension no longer available to you. Talk to your employer and see if you can get the paperwork done in fast time, otherwise it's a trip out of the country!
