TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Filipino married to a Thai national, is seeking information on transitioning from a NON O marriage visa to a parental visa following a planned divorce. Commenters provide guidance on the possibility of obtaining a parental visa based on having a Thai citizen child, emphasizing the need for the child's birth certificate and confirmation of guardianship. Rachel since you have a child that is a thai citizen you can get a non o under a parent/guardian scheme since you are a mother you just need the birth certificate of your child n i believe a confirmation from the district that the child is with you..ok hope it helps....the best go to the nearest immigration

No marriage, no visa. The options open would be work permit and b visa or those of supporting a thai child requiring funds or education if your thinking longer term and can not meet the finicials .I hope you find a solution it can be hard for those who choose to seperate from Thai partner, good luck.
