I am on an extension based on marriage at the moment. Before this expires I am thinking of getting the multiple non o visa from Savannakhet for 5000 baht, which doesn't require financial proof. My question is before that expires can i just go to lmmigration and revert back to a yearly extension, with the seasoned 400,000 baht in the thai bank. Many thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about switching back to a yearly extension based on marriage after obtaining a multiple Non-O visa from Savannakhet. The response confirms that it's possible to apply for the yearly extension as long as it's done within 30 days of any 90-day entry on the ME Non-Imm O visa, provided that financial requirements are met, such as having 400,000 baht in a Thai bank.

Yes. You can apply for a yearly extention of stay based on marriage with any of your 90 day entries on the ME Non imm O visa. Usually it's when you have 30 days or less left on any entry.
