Update: I made the Thai-Wife Visa on 20th June 2019, That leaves me 28 days to renew 90-day notification? Am I able to do this online for notification or do I need to wait 7 days prior to notice?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Thai-Wife visa and needs to renew the 90-day notification. They can file the report 15 days before or up to 7 days after the 90-day due date without penalties. Comments confirm that the user does not need to do this online and that the process can be completed in person at the immigration office.

I'll be there tomorrow too so if you're out at Chaengwattana early, look for a cranky old guy in a KISS t-shirt and jeans walking with a cane :O Say hi :)

The good news is you're NOT late :O you can apply for a 90 day report in person from 15 days before down until 7 days AFTER it's due without a fine. You won't be fined as long as you go and file the report by the 27th :)

Now that we sussed out you are on a yearly extension of stay based on marriage gotten from a thai immigration office INSIDE the country,

DIDN'T they put a small paper in your passport like this one?

They would have done it when you got the 30 day under consideration stamp and paid the 1900baht or when you went back to get the year extension inked in when you went to section L8 on the 20th of June

@Stuart *******

Are you on a VISA that you got from the thai consulate (where you leave the country every 90 days) OR are you on an extension of stay from the immigration office (where you do a 90 day report)?

@Tod ********
So do I do 90 day report?
Tod *********
@Stuart *******
right you applied for a one year extension you got a 30 day under consideration stamp that told you to go back on the 20th of June, which you did and then you got a yearly extension of stay (again which is NOT a visa) inked into your passport that is valid until the 11 June 2020.

read the first line on that stamp it says "extension of stay permitted up to" <- that is why I said you're on an extension of stay ;)

Do you have a stamp like this in your passport?

This is a yearly extension of stay it is NOT a visa.

@Stuart *******
sadly you do NOT. :O I say that because the immigration offices inside the country do not sell one year VISAS :/ They sell year extensions.

You can do the 90 days report 15 days before or up to 7 days after day# 90 at Thai Immigration. Remember the arrival date in Thailand is Day #1.
