Has anyone submit for spouse and dependants on DTV in Taipei? Just wondering if we can submit the same day as the DTV holder or do we wait until the next day upon approval? trying to plan accordingly to book flights. Thank you in advance🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus from the comments suggests that it is possible to submit the applications for spouse and dependants on the same day as the DTV (Digital Visa) holder in Taipei. However, it's essential to have all required documents ready, such as the wedding certificate. Additionally, confirming specific requirements such as bank statements is advisable.
It wasn’t clear when I asked but they might be able to do it together just don’t forget the wedding certificate. Better to email them Did they told you 1 or 6 months bank statements?
I see. Then you can apply anywhere. For me, the funds have been parked for a few weeks already but I need to select a consulate which doesn't insist on lengthy amounts of time Funds are parked for.
I've been told Taipei should work but just waiting for them to respond to my email.
Anonymous participant 6 months statement isn't the same thing as a closing balance of 500K over that period.
I understand you may need a 6 month statement (no issue) but that only the closing balance needs to be 500K, not that you need to park the funds there for that period.
My email to them from yesterday afternoon has yet to be answered, even though someone else emailed them half an hour before I did and received a response about an hour ago.
The response was "6 months statement please" but that's extremely vague. It doesn't answer the question of "how long do I need to have the funds deposited for?"
I understand where you are coming from. I guess for us, we do have the funds parked there for the 6 months period. So we think this may help us with the process.
