TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users shared their experiences with the 90-day online report system, indicating mixed functionality. Some reported successful submissions and approvals, while others faced errors or were instructed to visit local immigration offices. The discussion highlights potential issues with the system, suggesting that it may not be functioning properly for everyone. Does it work? Does it not work? The website is working. If you get an error message saying to go to the immigration office in person to file it, then you must file it in person.

Sadly, I can't see a reason to keep comments ope

I did mine online last week and worked perfectly. Got approval couple of hours later. Of course, I did the previous one in person prior to that.

I used it two weeks ago and it said visit the office too. I think they have too many key fields in the data matching. Anyway it is pretty useless. It has never worked.

What does "90 day online report system is down"? Does this mean you can't access the website and give a 404 error, or are you getting an error when you're using the system (and if so, what error)?

And I only pick up my 1 year NON IMM O extension on the 29th July so I cant see why there's a problem.

you need to do the first report in person, since you just have a new extension it's likely you haven't reported the first time yet. 90 day reports are separate from extensions, altho some offices might restart your 90 day clock when you get a new extension. Check the slip stapled in your passport to see when you must next report.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
