Can I renew my Retirement Visa in Bangkok 30 days before it expires and is the process at Chang Wattana still the same as last year?

I will say that appointment process at C/W for retirement extensions (where you go to desk 32 in section L-1) is GOOD and it will save you TONS of time

i was with a friend last month who had a 10 AM appointment, we showed up at 9:50, got the paperwork checked, were sent right over to desk 32, and were out the door by 10:30 with the new extension in his passport

And it was packed with people in that section :O we would have been there hours if we'd have just showed up without an appointment and queued up
