Can I register a motorbike in my name with a Non-Immigrant O visa in Thailand?

I have a O Non Immigrant 90 day visa ( retirement) issued in London Uk.

My question can i register a motorbike in my name ?

I can get a resident certificate.

I’m in Chaing Mai
