So last year it was my first ever trip to Thailand for 2 months and then I did a border run an got visa extension for another 2 months but I came back to India in 1 month of extension which means I stayed there for 3 months, now If I’ll go back to thailand, will I get the entry or according to the new rules they are not going to approve?? Or shall I take assistance from any agent?? Can you suggest any?? How much does it cost?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You should not face any issues re-entering Thailand after your previous stay and border run. Your total time spent in Thailand (3 months, which includes a visa exemption and an extension) is within the accepted limits for tourists. Under current practices, you are likely to be granted entry again, as the new rules primarily target individuals who attempt to stay long-term without a proper visa. Ensure you have the required documentation such as an onward ticket, accommodation details, and proof of funds, but you likely do not need an agent for assistance.

You didn't do an extension, you came back for another visa exempt the second time. So no problem.

The o it issue is that you are Indian. Immigration is concerned about Indian tourist behavior.

Not correct, Indians are entitled to visa exemption on same conditions as 92 other nationalities, and with OP’s travel pattern it should be no issues to do a re-entry as a regular tourist.

No. Immigration is concerned about abuse of visa exemptions (vis-a-vis, visa runs) irrespective of nationality!

There's no new rules. What they are doing is looking at how long each person is staying in Thailand with visa exempts and extensions that indicates they are trying to live there for months without a visa. You've entered 2 months without a visa plus a one month extension, then went back to your home country? It should be ok but there are never any guarantees. Make sure you fill in the TDAC, have evidence of accomodation booking and 20k baht cash in any currency. There are agents that check your travel history and offer assistance for smooth entry.

He's had two visa exemptions with a total stay of three months all time; the descriptions are probably causing the confusion.

yes, I thought it was a bit confusing so sort of guessed if 3 months he did the one month extension. But looks like they border hopped.

Yes, but you don’t get any extension upon re-entry, you get a whole new visa exemption. This is just technical, the main thing is three months in total in Thailand with a return to your home of domicile, and you will be fine.

Formally it’s cash in baht or equivalent currency, and IF you do get asked which is very rare, it’s up to the IO if he/she will accept anything else than cash.

Based on what you’ve written, there is no real issue at all. You have only spent about three months total in Thailand in your entire life, which is well within normal tourist use. Under the current practice, that does not raise any red flags. If you return now, you should normally be granted entry again on visa exemption, provided you have an onward or return ticket within 60 days, accommodation details, and funds if asked. The so-called “new rules” are aimed at repeated back-to-back stays and long-term use of visa exemption, not at cases like yours. You do not need an agent or any special assistance for this travel history.

Rather bring your blanket and pillow from your country so you can save a few rupees,

My mum lives in Bahrain and has No plan to go to Thailand,

I actually don't have a sister 555

I'm lucky I'm from a family that never try to invest in having a football team as kids and then realized they cannot afford the football team and abandoned them 555

Yes you’re lucky that you dont have a family that is creating a football team because of your parents are creating a rugby team instead 555

Omg, we don't do anything in secret as if I'm trying to hide anything from anyone, Is this what you do?

My mum is in her late 80s, so are you so desperate to spend time with a woman in her late 80s? Omg you prepared to travel to another country to meet a late 80s woman 🙉🙈🙊

Even if my mum wants to surprise me, yes sure she can and I certainly will not know as she doesn't have a strong odour that anyone can smell from a mile away 555
