I’ve had 2 - 30 day visa exemptions in each of the last 2 years .
I will need 2 again next year.
I will have onward ticket out of Thailand both times and all other requirements cash & hotels booked.
Can the IO deny me because it will be 3 straight years of going there? I usually go for 30 days then go to another country for a week or 2 then back

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a history of using 30-day visa exemptions for two consecutive years and plans to do so again next year, with all necessary documentation in place. They are concerned about the potential for denial based on their repeated entries. Responses indicate that while their history appears typical for tourists, the final decision rests with the immigration officer at the point of entry. Essential documents to have include proof of sufficient funds, onward travel, and accommodation.
What is the need to be a tourist in Thailand and using the Visa Exempt Entry? If you like to visit Thailand again next year during your holiday there is time enough to prepare yourself and get the appropriate visa.
What happened with the 10 year retirement visa you got last year or the 1 year multiple entry non o retirement you asked for a few months ago, or the Non Immigrant O-A visa you applied for last month?
I live in Florida. Will the immigration office in Miami give a 60 day visa & then I can extend for 30 ? I will be going Singapore after 28 days then back Thailand
Okay, no one on this group OR on any group is gonna tell you if you can skate in without a problem on a visa exempt entry next year or if you'll be pulled aside and questioned.
The only thing you can do is have the 3 proof ofz; proof of 20K baht or the equivalent in CASH, proof of onward travel in 30-60 days and proof of a hotel reservation or confirmed lodging and hope for the best.
Your history sounds like a typical tourist. I see no reason for questions from immigration. That said it’s up to the immigration officer you hand your passport to on the day.
