TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of obtaining a one-year multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage while having an 88-day overstay in their passport. Responses indicated that it is generally possible to get such a visa at the consulates in Ho Chi Minh City, Savannakhet Lao, or Seoul South Korea without facing issues from the overstay stamp, specifically mentioning that overstay concerns mostly apply in Penang.

Warren, you shouldn't have a problem getting a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage at any of the three consulates that issue it without proof of funds (Savannakhet Lao, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam or Seoul South Korea).
There are NO reports that having an overstay stamp caused anyone a problem getting a visa from those consulates

Overstay stamps are only looked at at the Consulate in Penang, but still no reports how or if it effect an application. If you did not leave Thailand yet, be aware after 90 days you also get a 1 year ban on re-entering.
i have read hundreds of posts and thousands of comments already and non relate to my question , therefore thankyou for an interest but your cannot is not helpful
