You only have TWO days left to visit Phnom Penh, Monday and Friday of next week. After that, its online only.

Phnom Penh is a walk up consulate

keep in mind the processing time is FIVE BUSINESS DAYS not counting the day you apply (that means you stay in cambodia a solid week at the least)

AND

this coming week there are THREE holiday days (which are not business days)
