TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether they can allow their bank account balance to dip below 400,000 THB for a short period while on a Non-B extension due to their marriage to a Thai national, provided that they restore the balance before their next visa application. Commenters clarify that the 400k must be maintained in a Thai bank account in the applicant's name for at least two months prior to application, although it can be zero for most of the year.

If you used banked money, it must be in a Thai bank on your name during the 2 months prior application date and some officers ask you to keep the money in the bank during the consideration period. The rest of the year it could be 0.
