You should departure thailand before the midnight.

Yet it is not recommended to stat to the last day and moment

Because you never know what may happen

So a day before is good to leave so in case anything wrong happen you still have a period of time to manage in

its multi entry you're allowed to do that and preferred over getting an extension by looking at all the paperwork thats needed.
