Can I issue a DTV visa in Vietnam using a different passport from the one I entered with?

Hi everyone.

If we have 2 passports, and we enter Vietnam with one of them, but want to issue the dtv on the other one, is that OK? Or should we must issue the dtv in hanoi based on same passport used to enter Vietnam?
