Maybe a unique situation. Dual citizen UK & USA. Elite/Privilege visa on USA passport. Living in USA. Question is....Is it possible to have another visa on the UK passport for example Marriage visa so that you would be able to work in Thailand. Wondering anyone out there in a similar situation. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user, holding dual citizenship from the UK and USA and currently under an Elite/Privilege visa on their USA passport, inquires about the feasibility of obtaining a marriage visa using their UK passport to enable work in Thailand. Various comments highlight that one cannot legally hold multiple visa types, emphasize the necessity of a work permit for employment, and discuss previous instances of similar visa situations.

Marriage and even having Thai kids dont give you the right to work, simply appalling.

Yes, you need that company or own company If I'm not wrong, when married need only 2 staff if it's your own company

No work permit, no job, no work.

The marriage visa still requires you to have a work permit so why not do things legally instead of trying to dodge the law

In the past i did read that the Elite visa can be kept next to a non B/wp situation. The Elite visa will be not active but not voided.

I remember Tod Daniels did write about this.
