I don't find them rude at all. Been 3 times. If you know what documents you need and bring them it's smooth. If you don't follow the rules yes they will make you come back and get a new que number after getting your documents in order.Lyndon ************

If you entered with a tourist visa (60 days) you go to CW. If you entered visa exempt (30 days) you go to Muang Thong Thani.
