TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a retirement visa and plans to apply for a support Thai child visa. They have a concern about needing to leave Thailand by May 15, and whether they can receive the new visa on the same day. Responses indicate that the support visa applications typically take about 30 days for consideration before an extension can be stamped in the passport, which means they may need a re-entry permit to leave during this time.

, keep in mind that a yearly extension of stay based on raising a half thai child is NOT issued on the same day like retirement extensions are :O

Extensions based on marriage to a thai and raising half thai children go under consideration for 30 days from the date you apply for it and then you go back to get the extension stamped into your passport after that.

IF you applied for an extension based on raising a child AND you were going to leave the country during that 30 days you'd have to get a re-entry permit AND you'd have to be back in the country within those 30 days so you could back and get the year stamp inked into your passport.

What kind of retirement visa do you mean? There are 5 options all called "retirement visa". Where are you going to apply for this visa?

If all your documents are in order, normally Immigration stamps the Extension of Stay directly in your passport.

yes i already get this paper about the amphur .

But i want to know if immigration can give me the same day than i apply my extensipn of stay based on being father of a thai kid

this is not a visa, but as mentioned in the second line of the stamp an Extension of Stay. You can apply for a new Extension of Stay based on being the father of a Thai Child, but you need to be the legal father of this child, Not only being on the birth certificate but recognized by Amphur or Family Court.
