Hi, with Visa photos, can it be a printed photocopy on normal white paper or does it have to be on photo paper. As I think I need a few. Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
Visa photos for applications like extension of stay or re-entry permits in Thailand need to be printed on photo paper. There is variation by immigration office, but it's generally safer to use professional-quality prints, typically available at nearby printing services.

If for visa extension you would need ‘passport photos’ - which would be printed on photo paper. Most immigrations have small business printing facilities located nearby.

If you mean the photo pictures you need at your local immigration for e.g. extension of stay or re-entry permit its a picture on photo paper. As you get them from e.g. a kodak shop.

Visas are applied for online, there isn't anything to print.

If you're asking about an application at the immigration office, then each office might have their own requirements, but I'd go with regular photo paper to be safe.
