TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual applied for a Thailand visa in March, valid until June 12. Due to coronavirus restrictions, they are unable to travel and are inquiring about a refund or extension of the visa. A response notes that visa fees are generally non-refundable and suggests contacting the Thai consulate for specific advice.
As a rule visa fees are NOT refundable, contact the thai consulate you bought the visa from and see what they say.
Keep in mind it's only April 8th so you have 65 days before that visa runs out. you have no idea if you'll be able travel between now and then, no one does. Sit tight and hope for the best.
