Hi

Relating to your spouse who may not be 50 and they have to apply for 2: 20. Request for extension of stay - In the case of being a family of an alien who has been granted permission to temporarily reside in the Kingdom.

There is no information regarding when she turns 50 regarding this. If I am obtaining my 1 year extension based on retirement can she continue to request this extension based on the fact she is my spouse.

Only age requirements I can see relate to children not being over 20 and that the father or mother must be over 50.
